Spread both your legs so that the hip is attached to the ground.
After coming back in this position of posture, keep your hands in the prayer posture and
stay in this state for 2 minutes.
After that, spread the left leg forward and the right leg backward and repeat this action
again. In this way, do this asana alternating between both the legs and 2-2 times with
both the legs.
